When using Operate you may need to change an account from a prospect account to an Account - by doing this it will allow you to
book meeting rooms for the customer
add a point of sale charge to a customer
In order to do this, you would need to go to Member > Accounts, select your desired Account and then filter the list for the account, then open the record.
Select Actions
Select "Change Record Type"
Select "Account" to change it to an account and enable you to add charges against this customer.
