For the moment, Operate does not provide a way to preset Email Fonts, Headers, Footers, Colors or Formatting that would be used as default when sending out an email. The defaults are set by Operate and cannot be changed. 

However, you can create Email Templates, which you can fully customize, including with your own HTML/CSS.
