In order for a licence to be extended, it needs to be active - with either the Activated or Expiring status.

To extend a licence, go to Member > Licences, and click to select your licence.

Click Edit.

Click Extend

Use the calendar tool to choose the date by which you want to extend the licence.Click OK when you are ready, then Save your licence.
