If you have issues running your local copy of CentreCharge after the migration to operate, its likely due to incorrect credentials in the CentreCharge config file. See how to edit the details below:

Open this file in notepad:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\CentreCharge\CentreCharge.ini" 

on some systems it can be:

"C:\Program Files\CentreCharge\CentreCharge.ini"

Find the lines below in this file:


Edit and the lines adding the updated user login (operate login details) and it should look something like this:


Save the file to your desktop and make sure you save it like this "CentreCharge.ini" and then copy and paste the new file in the folder: 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\CentreCharge" 

or on some systems it will be "C:\Program Files\CentreCharge"  
the original file.

You should now be able to run CentreCharge. If you still have issues then please raise with support via your normal channels.
