Clients can use the Service Guide to find information about services they receive including data and telephony. There are instruction related to set up and usage. Service guides also give information about Customer Service available through Connect and essensys, including out of hours and emergency contact.
Using the Service Guide
Selecting Export Service Guide in Service section of the Clients page will redirect you to a page where options are Download PDF and Email.
Download PDF: A PDF file will download to your computer and will open in a new tab in your default browser.
Email: This redirects you to a page where you can enter a chosen email address (default will be that of the user). Once you have chosen to send (or cancel) the email you will return to the Clients page.
