Connect has the following hierarchy:

Operators run serviced offices providing essensys' services to end users. They are an intermediary between essensys and clients. Operators manage preferences of individual sites using Connect.

Sites are locations owned and run by operators, one operator may have many sites which are managed through Connect.

Clients are established within sites. Clients can manage preferences, purchase additional services, monitor usage, receive bills etc. using Connect There are two types of clients:

  • Residential clients, who rent physical office space within the building to which services are provisioned. The client then operates from that building.
  • Virtual clients, who do not operate from the building but can be provisioned with telephony services. This way they have a phone number and address for correspondence, without a physical office space.
