For major incidents with Connect services, essensys will provide key operator staff members with a 24x7 emergency contact number so you can reach an engineer quickly.
Your essensys service
essensys is committed to ensuring 24/7 availability for Connect and Operate (Prospect, Operate, Community) services. The exception will be service maintenance and or upgrade periods that may temporarily reduce performance, but we will notify you in advance of any such periods.
Sometimes, as with all technology, things might not work exactly as designed. Resilience is built-in every essensys platform and network to ensure that if something goes wrong, there is minimal downtime and or impact for you or your customers.
We adopt a proactive approach to service availability by monitoring our platforms and networks 24/7, picking up and resolving any issues long before they impact you. For Connect services, we will notify you about issues such as power failures at your site, network circuit failures, and other major incidents so you can get your business on its feet before your customers arrive to work.
