You can reboot a handset's or WAP's from Connect. Please note this does not apply to PC's or Printers, only devices that are PoE (Powered Over Ethernet).

Please see the steps below:

Log on to Connect and select Switches 

Select the switch and then the switchport the device is connected to. If you are not sure where the device is connected, click here.
Once selected, the port will display an orange ring. This means the port has been selected. If you wish to select more than one port, simply click the necessary ports. Once you have made your selection, click Power Cycle Port. The port will reboot the device immediately
