Please check whether the lead is in Unreadable Leads, often leads will go to unreadable leads if they do not have the correct attachment. This attachment is part of the LeadDADI setup for Brokers. 

You can use the Check for Leads option (available under Sales > Leads) to make sure your Leads list is up to date. 

This should pull new leads to your list almost immediately. You will be notified via a visual notification about new incoming leads.
