A guide on how you can brand the Connect Service Guide

Introduction

The Service Guide provides clients with information about services they receive including data and telephony along with instructions around set up and usage. 

Connect now includes customisation of the service guide to match your branding. This includes the ability to upload custom logos and set colour themes with real time previews. Once customised, you will be able to send outbound emails from your own domain to maintain branding at all times. 

Customising the Service Guide

Connect Super Admins can navigate to this page via Settings> Document Branding 


The customisation features are listed below:

  1. Logo & Alignment

  • Upload image (dimensions must not exceed 400 x 75 and less than 1MB)

  • Select alignment of logo - left, centre, right.

2. Colour Theme
Use the colour picker to select your colours or enter the hex code if known. The options to select the colour:

  • Content (Body Text)

  • Primary (Header 1)

  • Secondary (Header 2)

  • Divider


3. Preview & Save
Users will be able to see real time changes on the preview pane. 

  • Default  = Restores Service Guide to Essensys branding 

  • Reset = Reverts to Service Guide to previously saved branding 

Once completed, you can Save changes and the customer branding will be applied to the Service Guide in Connect. You will now be able to export and email the service guide with the updated branding.
