The Data Port List is a read only list of your floor ports, if they are patched to switches and the corresponding switch port if they are. This can be found in the Building page.

To access the Data Port list please head to Building and then click on Data Port List as below;

The items in the table are as follows:

Space Name: The Space or Office the Floor Port is located within Connect.

​Port Name: The list of ports added by you. Click here to learn about adding ports.

​Role: What Role has been allocated to the port to understand which roles you can allocate please see here.

​Rack: The physical location of the switch, if the port is patched.

​Comment: Any comments can be added manually.

To update this list you can do this within the Building Manager section of Connect, please see this guide here to make any changes.
