To send an SMS to a lead, search for it using the global search box (next to the Operate logo) or go to Sales > Leads and select your lead from the list (by clicking the company name link).

Under the Information section, you will find the mobile number associated to our lead and a mobile phone icon next to it (as shown in the screenshot below). Click this icon to get started.

On the next screen, you can enter the recipient’s mobile number - the lead’s number will be added by default, but you can delete it or add more numbers if needed. 

If you want to use a pre-existing SMS Template, click Select Template, then click the template you want to use The text will be inserted automatically into your message body.

Click Send when you are ready to send your SMS. Once sent, it will be displayed within the lead’s activity history.
