To edit a number select it from the Telephone Manager table and click Edit at the top of the screen.
Status (to Activate & Deactivate a number): To change status from ‘Active’ to ‘Reserved’, click the Enable button so it is selected to 'On'. Then make sure you click Save at the bottom of the screen. If ‘pending’ occurs for a prolonged period, contact essensys via a case form.
DDI: This cannot be edited here and will appear in grey.
Extension: This cannot be edited here and will appear in grey
PIN: This cannot be edited here and will appear in grey. The number shown is the default set by Connect and cannot be changed.
Enable: See Status above.
Alt. Number: This is an alternative number that will be synced to the EVO Console or an alternative number to reach you.
Device type: Select a name that corresponds to that on the device.
MAC address: This will be automatically set up.
First name & Last name: Used to identify, it does not have to be a person’s name (for example, it might be a team name). If the extension is associated with a user, this field will be updated automatically.
Phone Login/Logout: Used to remotely log the number in or out of a handset remotely. See more information here.
