Member Portal: How to Test Your Newly Created Plan

Once you have completed all your setup, you will need to test your plan.

We suggest firstly purchasing a Plan as a new customer

Things to check:

  • Payment Gateway processes payment

  • Account Created – you can check this in Operate 

  • Agreement Created – you can check this in Operate

  • Invoice Generated – you can check this in Operate

  • Payment Posted – you can check this in Operate

  • Email Notifications all received

Then purchase a Plan as an existing customer

Things to check:

  • Payment Gateway processes payment

  • Agreement Created – you can check this in Operate

  • Invoice Generated – you can check this in Operate

  • Payment Posted – you can check this in Operate

  • Email Notifications all received

Make sure you preview all your Plans even if you do not make a purchase for all of them, to check all text, prices and other data displays as you intend it to.
