Once the integration between OfficeRnD and the essensys Platform is active, the following rules apply to how data flows and is maintained across both systems:
Create a New Company
Companies created in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will automatically be created as occupiers in the essensys Platform.
Changes to company details should be made in OfficeRnD. Updates made directly in essensys will not sync back and may be overwritten.
Create a New Member
Active Members added in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will be created as users in essensys.
If the member is linked to a company, they will appear under that occupier.
If no company is linked, the member will be created as both an individual occupier and a user.
Members synced will automatically be invited to the WiFi
Tip: Only active members—those with a recurring membership—will be automatically synced to the essensys Platform when created in OfficeRnD.
Members without an active membership will only be synced if they are associated with a booking at a mapped location (elumo only).
