Open Cases

Pie chart and list of all open cases across all your sites sorted in longest open date

  • Status Grouping - All cases open under a specific status 
  • Drill down function - click on status group, chart or specific case to drill down
  • Export case data to csv format 

Case Overview

Pie chart all cases opened and closed across all your sites

  • Select date range to retrieve data for period of interest
  • Cases Opened - Group by Type and Case Type 
  • Cases Opened - Group by Type, Case Type and Resolution
  • Drill down function - click on grouping or chart to drill down 
  • Export case data to csv format 

Client Summary

Here you will be able to see a list of cases opened by client and type. 

  • Select date range to retrieve data for period of interest
  • View cases opened by each
  • Export case data to csv format
