The essensys Platform offers advanced reporting capabilities that give you greater visibility of data across your entire site portfolio.

These reports give operators the data that will allow them to:

  1. Make important data-driven business decisions across multiple sites, by understanding the consumption and use of services.

  2. Get insights into the business to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and tailor compelling propositions.

  3. Improve both service performance and occupier experience based on actual usage trends and data.

Tips: Always use the settings to the right of the main report window to configure your report, and hover your cursor over the graphical elements for more detailed information.

Accessing the reports

All site reports are located in the Operations section of the essensys Platform. To open the correct section:

  1. In the main menu, click Operations.
The Operations page opens. By default, Reports is selected from the overhead menu.

  2. Click the name of the report you want to run.

The report opens. Use the configuration options to the right of the report window to change the settings for the report.
