This field may only be saved by Admin users, to avoid potential issues with the Account's recurring payments. 

The Online Payment Token is automatically generated when a customer enables recurring payments for their Accounts. Unless specifically instructed by essensys or your payment processor, we don't recommend making changes to this field.
