Key contacts are used when essensys need to make contact with you to raise awareness about scheduled maintenance activities, or to notify you about an unforeseen event that you need to know about. Contact is by email.
The Operator Key Contact is the emergency contact for multi-site service updates and any service issues that are relevant to the operator, but not specific to one of their sites.
Note: The other two types of contact are the Site Key Contact and Maintenance Contact at a particular site. For more information, see Site key contacts.
