  • Zone Utilisation by Day

  • Zone Utilisation by Hour

  • Busiest Zones

  • Average Zone Session Length

New Capability - Intelligence

Updated Dashboard Filters

We have added additional power to our filtering. You can filter the data by:

  • Multiple sites

  • Multiple Occupiers

  • Days of Week

  • Occupier User Types

  • DX Metrics

New capability - Space Configuration

Access Point Naming

To get the best out of Intelligence Engine and the platform reports, assigning names to the Access Points at the site is now possible. This allows you to quickly understand your busiest zones and the areas where occupiers and users have used most. You can also flash the LED on the Access Points to help you physically locate them. The Access Point page can be found by going to Spaces, selecting a site and going to the Access Point tab.

New capability - Intelligence

Admin User Access

All platform Admin users can now access Intelligence Engine, limited to the site permissions they have on the Platform.

Improvement - bookings module

Out-of-hours bookings

Operators can now use bookable resources outside of their standard operating hours. This feature is only enabled for centre staff via the Essensys platform UI. Still, it allows them to make bookings for themselves or on behalf of their customers during building closing times that would otherwise be unavailable to book via a tenancy experience.

Improvement - bookings module

Space configuration - Multiple email notifiers for approval bookings

When configuring a space as 'approval required', it is now possible to input up to 10 email addresses that will be notified any time a booking is requested in the space.

New capability - Intelligence

Users on Guest

A new metric was added to the DX scoring to show when users are incorrectly using the WiFi Guest network rather than WiFi Secure.

New capability - Intelligence

DX over time — lowest-performing sites

A day-by-day historical view of the worst-performing sites by DX score. This allows you to quickly understand which sites are most affecting your score and when any specific events occurred that impact it.

Bug fixes

General Bug fixes and Improvements

  • Fixed an issue affecting guest WiFi session length on some Access Points that made the data inaccurate

  • Various minor display bugs resolved

  • Added translations for French and Mexican Spanish

Improvement

Manage services during provisioning

Operator users can now manage services for an occupier even if any previously requested services are still in provisioning. This improvement is specifically targeted to tackle two key pain points:

  1. When guided occupier is used but the Operator wasn't clear on all the service requirements and wants to make quick adjustments.

  2. When the centre manager is only responsible for provisioning basic services but refers to an alternative team for the more complex networking requests and the two things should happen in quick succession.

Bug fixes

General bug fixes

Fixed bugs include:

  • Toggles always appearing as on

  • Bandwidth usage reports errors

  • Dashboard support case tile incorrect data
