Managing Payment Methods
View Saved Cards
All your saved payment methods appear in the Payment Method list with their card details and current Autopay status.
Add New Payment Method
Click the Add New Payment Method button at the bottom of the list to add a new credit or debit card.
Enabling AutoPay (Recurring Payments)
Each payment method has its own Autopay toggle on the right side:
1. Locate the card you want to use for automatic payments
2. Click the Autopay toggle to switch it On (blue)
3. The Recurring Payments section at the top will update to show "Enabled: Yes"
Note: Only one card can have Autopay enabled at a time. Enabling Autopay on a different card will disable it on the previous card.
How AutoPay Works:
Automatic payments process on each due date for the full amount owed
The Linked to field shows the email address of the admin who enabled AutoPay
The card with the active Autopay toggle will be charged automatically
Important Notes
One Admin Recommendation: Only one user should manage payment settings within an organization to prevent conflicting configurations
When AutoPay is enabled, the selected payment method will be charged automatically when invoices become due
The Autopay setting persists even if the original contact is deleted or moved to a different account
