Adding a Payment Method for Payload

Overview

This guide explains how to add a payment method to your Operate Member Portal account for Payload payments.


Only card payments are available when paying via Payload.


Accessing Payment Settings

  1. Hover over your username in the main menu bar

  2. Select Payment Settings

You will see the Payment Settings page with:

  • Recurring Payments section showing whether autopay is enabled and the linked email address

  • Payment Method list displaying all saved cards

  • Add New Payment Method button

Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Click the Add New Payment Method button at the bottom of the payment methods list

  2. A card entry form will appear

Enter Card Details

Enter the following information in the secure form:

  • Card number

  • Security code (CVV)

  • Expiration date

  • Billing postcode

Click Save to add the card to your account.


Fees

No fees are charged by Operate for payments made using Payload.

Any fee charges will be between you and Payload, rates and configuration of fees can be discussed by contacting sales@payload.com.
