Operate's system wide parameters can be either be applied to all of your Locations or can be configured for each specific one separately. 

By going to Operate's Settings, then to General > System > Operate Settings, you can see that there is a dropdown at the top of the screen, where All Locations are selected. 

Selecting one of these Locations will apply your configuration changes to the selected Location onlyy.

If you wish to change the Location to which your settings apply, you can do so either from the main System Settings section or from any of the five subsections: General, Billing, Calendar, Member and Money Settings. 

Clicking the Delete button will reset your dropdown to All Locations.
