Operate Invoices Are Not Being Emailed to Customers

Please check that Email Invoices has been ticked on the account - it is not enough to have an invoice email address filled out = if this option is not enabled, the customer will not be emailed any invoices.. Read more about Updating an Account in Operate.ย 

Please also check that your spam filters are not blocking emails coming from Operate.
