If you are trying to book a meeting room on Operate and the customer account is not populating in the account drop down, please check the following as the first steps to troubleshooting the issue:

  1. Is the account record type set to ACCOUNT v. PROSPECT (prospect accounts are used for sales and are not actual client accounts)

  2. Is the end date field on the account record populated with a date (this field is used when a client account is terminated and will prevent them from showing in the account drop down menus when booking a room.
