Please let us know if you are aware of site maintenance or expected works that may have an impact on your essensys provided network. We will create a maintenance window to ensure we are aware of this.
Tip: Planned maintenance may include power outages, electric testing, low voltage maintenance or anything that may affect your essensys provided switches.
You can either:
Raise a case to us in Platform by going to Operations > Support (select a Site if necessary) and click New case.
Contact us on chat by opening the chat widget, select Report a problem or Request a change and answer our Bot's questions to help us assist you faster.

In any of these options, please make sure to include:
Type of works being completed.
Date and time range of this maintenance window.
The affected sites and equipment.
