What the Member Portal Looks Like for Users with Different Access Levels

This is what the Portal will look like for your contacts, depending on their Access Level:

Portal Access Level - Admin will see:

The Current Balance widget - can view and pay invoices and the My Account menu to access Invoices, Statements and My Contract

And the Manage Users area - can create and edit Portal Users for their Organization

Portal Access Level - Mid will see:

The Manage Users area - can create and edit Portal Users for their Organization

But there is no access to the Current Balance widget or the My Account menu option

Portal Access Level - Basic will only see these menu options:

They will NOT see the Current Balance widget or the Manage Users menu option
