The contacts module is where Operate stores all of your prospect, customer and broker information.
The module can be customized under Settings > General > Customize > Contacts. This is where you can customize the module’s page layouts, standard and custom fields and record types - with which you can add types of contacts.
You can manage your contacts under Member > Contacts. Here is where you can also search for your needed contact. You can search for an contact through the global search box next to the essensys logo, just as you would any other record. Read more about searching for records.
