Once the integration between OfficeRnD and the essensys Platform is active, the following rules apply to how data flows and is maintained across both systems:

Create a New Company

  • Companies created in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will automatically be created as occupiers in the essensys Platform.

  • Changes to company details should be made in OfficeRnD. Updates made directly in essensys will not sync back and may be overwritten.

Create a New Member

  • Active Members added in OfficeRnD at mapped locations will be created as users in essensys.

  • If the member is linked to a company, they will appear under that occupier.

  • If no company is linked, the member will be created as both an individual occupier and a user.

  • A valid mobile number is required to assign a digital elumo pass via SMS authentication.

Tip: Only active members—those with a recurring membership—will be automatically synced to the essensys Platform when created in OfficeRnD.
Members without an active membership will only be synced if they are associated with a booking at a mapped location.

Create a New Booking

  • Bookings created in OfficeRnD for mapped locations will sync to the essensys Platform and appear in the elumo calendar.

  • These bookings will drive access control for the duration of the booking and space availability.

  • Bookings created via tap to book in elumo will sync back to OfficeRnD automatically.

Tap to Book

  • Members can book spaces directly at the door using elumo’s tap to book feature.

  • These bookings are created in essensys and then synced back to OfficeRnD, ensuring calendar consistency.

  • Tap to book supports spontaneous use of space and is ideal for flexible environments.
