When using Operate you may need to change an account from a prospect account to an Account - by doing this it will allow you to
- book meeting rooms for the customer
- add a point of sale charge to a customer
In order to do this, you would need to go to Member > Accounts, select your desired Account and then filter the list for the account, then open the record.
- Select Actions
- Select "Change Record Type"
- Select "Account" to change it to an account and enable you to add charges against this customer.
