On Operate Product records, in particular meeting rooms, you may see three checkbox fields: "Make Available Online", "Can Book on Portal" and "Enable Online". 

Here is what each field is used for: 

  • "Make Available Online" is used when you want to make the product (room) available for booking with the external booking widget which you can add to your website. It also makes a room available for Space Publisher - which lists the room on third party booking platforms. 
  • "Can book on Portal" can be used to make rooms, desks or products/services available for booking on your Member Portal.
  • "Enable Online" allows your product record (room, desk, product/service) to be purchased on your Member Portal using Credits.
