To access portal settings and configure your portal, go to operate.essensys.tech then go to Settings > General > Portal
To access the member facing side of the portal, scroll down to Step 3, on the Portal Settings page. This is where you will see your Default or Vanity URL settings.
Please note: Before logging into your portal as a member, please go to Member > Contacts and create a contact for yourself and any other users you want to add. Contacts need to be associated to an Account in order for them to be able to log into the Portal.
If you wish to make visual / design changes to your member portal such as adding in content, twitter feeds, or changing menu names – please request an administrative login from your Operate account manager.
