Phone numbers have one of the following status values, depending on their lifecycle status.
Status | Definition |
Available | The phone number IS NOT currently allocated to either an occupier, or to the operator. It is, therefore, available for allocation to an occupier or the operator. |
Reserved | The phone number has been reserved for use by the operator or an occupier. This means:

Active | The phone number is currently active. This means:

Pending | The phone number has this status temporarily, while it is updated by the system. For example, this may mean that you have recently activated it, but the system has not yet completed the activation. |
Cooldown | The phone number is in a temporary "cool down" period. This status indicates that the phone number:
Once the defined cooling down period ends, the phone number becomes available for allocation to other occupiers. |
