In this guide we'll go through why an Occupiers services may show as Inactive Contract.
Why are the services showing as Inactive Contract and does that mean the services have stopped?
This happens when a previously created contract has finished or been marked as completed, once this happens you need to create a new contract, even thought the contract has finished it doesn't mean the services have also stopped, you'll see next to the service if the service is Active or Inactive.
How do I create a new contract to resolve the Inactive Contract?
To resolve this issue you'll want to either create a new contract which you can do here.
I've created the contract how do I update the Services?
Now the contract has been created, if you head to Occupiers > Services > Manage Services you'll be presented with the Manage Services box, next to the services that are showing an Inactive Contract you'll want to select the Contract drop box the newly created contract.
Once the new Contract has been created the Inactive Contract error will clear and you are then able to save your services.
