Before you begin
The occupier whose network information you want to view must be present in the system.
The occupier must have a contract with the operator.
The occupier must have been assigned at least one service that requires a private VLAN for this page to provide network information. This may be a Public IP or internet service.

The Occupiers page opens. By default, the occupiers that have already been created are visible in this view.In the first column, click the name of the occupier whose network information you are interested in.
Tip: You can filter the list of occupiers by typing part or all of their name, or by selecting the site that they are present at.Click the Network info tab.

The following fields are displayed in a different sequence to the actual page. The information is grouped by network resource type here to aid understanding.
Field | Description |
Public IP network information:
| Details of the occupier's public VLAN and IP address at the selected site. Important: Public IP details are only required if the occupier's network incorporates one or more devices (firewall or router) that require a Public IP address.
Note: For more information about public IP in essensys platform, see Public IP and Unmanaged Networks. |
Private network information:
| Details of the occupier's private VLAN and IP address at the selected site.
Note: The private VLAN is used by the occupier when consuming internet services. |

If you intend to enable or disable DHCP, you should review the knowledge base information in advance of making any change. For more information, see DHCP. |
Further information
If you have devices in your network that require a Public IP, you should consult the detailed information in Public IP and Unmanaged Networks.
It may be correct that you do not have any network info in this view. For example, if your occupier does not have a contract yet, or they do not consume any voice or internet services at the site.
For the Public IP details you'd provide to the customer, please use the IP details within the Service Guide found in Occupiers > Contract > Service Guide.
