To get the most out of Intelligence Engine, you will need to configure the Capacity of your Spaces and Floors. This allows us to calculate the Utilisation % of Portfolio, Sites and Occupiers. You should ensure that capacity is set for:
All Occupiable spaces
All floors at all sites
Setting the Capacity of a Space
Navigate to Spaces, Select a site, and then select the floor for the spaces you want to configure the capacities for
Select Manage Spaces
Set the Capacity on all spaces that are Occupiable
Note - It can take up to 30mins for Capacity Data to become available in Intelligence Engine
Setting the Capacity of a Floor
Navigate to Spaces, Select a site, and then select the floor you want to configure
Click Edit on the Floor
Set the Capacity for the floor. The system will show you the total capacity of the interior spaces on that floor.
