The Product record corresponding to the Office being rented by your customer may have been set as a Retainer product.
Here is how to check:
Go to Space > Products
Find the Office which the customer in question is renting.
Open the Office Product record and scroll down to Additional Options.
If the Retainer box is enabled, please disable it and save your Product record. .
